actually if you were in a western country you should also do resistance tests but that's not available in philip, you should go to hongkong, japan or south korea for advanced testing

in any case tenfovoir will make virus hbvdna und whatever

all useless tests you need to test hbvdna pcr, check carefully for a very sensitive one, maybe not available in philip everywhere, that's the main test all the test you've done are useless

in any case look for tenofovir and take it as soon as possible that's the only way out to risk of mutants building up.the mutants can be present from day one but they can take even one year to build up and become detactable

now i noticed you have 21years only, you have made a very bad choice of drugs, the best first try for youngs is interferon and after antivirals if virus is not eradicated

if you can afford the cost do make a combo therapy tenofovir+lamivudine+nitazoxanide since nitazoxanide might help eradicate the virus complitely by some years of combo.search for alinia and nitazoxanide threads in the community for dose and details (ntz minimum 1,5 or 2g daily)

are you hbe positive or negative?what is your hbvdna?alt/ast?

i was also thinking about nitazoxanide (alinia, nizonide500, nitarid500), it is also active on all lam mutants but can be used only as combination because it is almost useless as monotherapy, after 4 months of tenofovir+lam (if hbvdna gets undetactable) you may add tenofovir+lam+ntz or tenofovir+ntz

if hbvdna doesn t get undetactable keep the combo of tenofovir+lamivudine, at this point it is better not to discontinue lam if hbvdna is detactable

silymarine Capsule herbal, interferes with antivirals and unless you have cirrhosis or severe fibrosis it is totally useless.you might use it only when hbvdna gets und if you like but it is useless if liver has no damage

vit C, useless

vit D, might be usefull but you have to make blood test and see its level, the optimum level is 50-60ng/ml, higher or lower can weaken immune system

take tenofovir+lamivudine as soon as possible, lamivudine is not an hbv drug anymore (at least in developped countries), unfortunately in philips drug makers are selling the trash

lamivudine is very weak and make hbv mutations that make all other drugs useless and hbv much more aggressive in developping liver cancer, the only drug that works for lam mutants is tenofovir (brand name viread, generics tenvir or tavin)

after one year of tenofovir+lam you might discontinue lamivudine or if too expensive take both drugs 4 months and then slowly discontinue lam

only a very low percentage doen t make lam mutants and are those who get hbvdna und by 4 weeks

also be carefull about clevudine, adefovir and telbivudine (sebvivo), all trash drugs that make resistance mutations

im taking some medicine now. im taking LAMIVUDINE ZEFFIX for almost 4months. and also i take vitamin C , and  silymarine Capsule herbal . do you think its better? i quit drinking alcohol and smoking.
