why tenofovir is so potent on hbv

the explanation of why tenofovir is so potent on hbv and makes no resistance was explained by the intracellular levels reached by this drug, it is so bad no study ever showed how all other nucs are extremely poor at this and when i found this comparison i was very very surprised

all ohter drugs are so weak as intracellular levels, just look at lam vs tdf.we dont have etv here but it is probably very poor too.so potency and no resistance to nuc is probably just a matter of intracellular levels

lam is 3tc

of course it is not all due to intracellular levels but also to drug potency on hbv inhibition/drug dose and so on, but the case of tdf is probably due to the long lasting levels of tdf inside cells inhibiting hbvdna
