Hello, welcome. I have not heard of the tightness but if I were you I would go to another doctor, a heart doctor? to be completely checked out.
I do think that after treating many feel listless. I felt bad for a very long time but I did the Incivek, Peg, Riba.
If you can try to walk a bit, building up day by day. It really does help to start getting active again. I did not do it and now regret that I did not take others advice to get moving.
It took me a very long time to recover but now I am.
Take Care

Chest tightness can be cardiac... and there's a warning on Sovaldi causing heart problems.

Call your doctor and let him know you still have chest tightness. He may want to do an EKG to make sure you're okay.

I had some crazy tightness/tingling in my chest area during treatment and I had a complete workup with a cardiologist and all was good. I thought it could be my lymph nodes acting up since there are a cluster of them in that area.
Did you gain weight or have fat deposits show up like 1bucky did by any chance?

I Tx-ed with Sovaldi + Olysio this past winter (Nov. 2014 - Jan. 2015) and was SVR at 12 weeks post-EOT. I have had chest tightness and difficulty breathing for some years. but never too serious so I did nothing about it. However, during and after Tx it got worse, and I have now been diagnosed with COPD and severe pulmonary obstruction (only 39% of normal respiratory function, by spirometry test).
I have been put on two inhalers (Spiriva and Salbutamol) and have been sent to have ECG, thorax CAT, and SPECT (cardiac) tests. Waiting for results and specialist's diagnosis and prognosis.
I had a bad winter while on Tx, with continual bronchitis and a bad bout with the flu. All that didn't help my lungs. But my condition worsened so rapidly that I suspect the S + O as having contributed.
