Feeling faint when you stand up can be a symptom of many, many things.
It is too vague a symptom to connect with a particular condition without knowing more about your health.

I notice on your profile you listed migraines, these can cause you to feel faint.

I had that same symptom, last year, and my blood pressure was low,of and on.
I also had cramps in my legs, upon rising, as well. It's so hard to tell, what symptom is from Hep C,and what is not.
It would be a good idea to have a thorough doctors' appt, with lab work done.
You can check to see if your liver enzymes are elevated, and how your platelets are doing, and if you've never had a liver biopsy, you could have that done. That's what I did, when I had those symptoms, and mine did end up related to my Hep C, but everybody is so diiferent, in terms of symptoms, with this disease.

It sounds more like low blood pressure. When standing from a sitting position too rapidly, that can happen. If you are on treatment it might be related to some anemia.
