A change of pace

We all seem to post questions or relate stories of hardships we are having (me included) that I thought I would just post a little note about a good day.  I actually woke up and felt pretty good this morning.  I even got my kid to school a little early and didn't yell at him one single time.  I was nice to my husband and didn't yell at him either.  I got to work and felt downright normal for once.  I even made two or three appropriate decisions without having to spend 10 minutes thinking about what it was that I was doing.  So, in the mist of all the days that can be bad, there is light at the end of the tunnel, that there are actually good days mixed in there!  Hope the rest of my day goes as good as the morning has started, and hope everyone else has as good as day as I am having so far!  Take care all.  Every one of you are in my good thoughts today.

I got a Welsh pony and one minurature left. I did have to rest after all that but still got the job done. Yess the days are slowing as we get closer. The morning views are the best. I don't know how I could have handled doing TX in suburbia.

oh wow....i have trouble even walking out to the paddock to GET my horse....THEN...i have to sit there for 10 min. to catch my breathe.....THEN....(this was on sunday )...i was so exhausted that i just clipped his lead rope to one side of his halter and tied the other end to the other side and mounted him way out at the VERY FARTEST POINT (thank god for the big rock, for a mounting block, he's 16.2 )in the paddock and rode him back cause there was no way i could have walked....he was sooooo good....even though the other geldings all started to gallop and get excited about all this 'newness' he countinued at a walk for me......right through all of them...i did have a wee moment when i was sure things would get ugly though....but he got me safly back to the gate....and then....i needed a 'nap' almost, before i could groom or tack him.....i manage to ride for a few hours....i'm okay....AS LONG AS I'M SITTING....so i DON'T know how you manage all you DO....makes me feel a bit of a wimp....
p.s. what kind of horse do you have

I like this. I also have had some good days. There have been times when my brain works and I make good decisions. I have done physical labor. This last weekend I had to go to the feed store and I got 8 bails of hay. Loaded and unloaded by myself. Besides myself I think the horses were happy with the results. I did #22/24 Friday night. Almost done. The next question is 2b or not 2b.
