You just got good news on the PCR, now let's see where the HGB is.  The AD sounds good many here take them and it helps.  I take Lunesta to sleep, it helps, gives me 7 hours of sleep.  Let us know what you HGB when you get the results.  Hang in there and lets hope it gets better.  Some times shots run in trents and then stop for no reason and the sxs become mild again.  I think it's the meds seeking out every little bug of virus that is hiding.  Feel better my friend.

Thanks bb, we've watch each others tx experience right to this pt.I take your back with a full load of hmg rich blood. Down in the 6's is I can't imagine ,low. Mine feels lke it's the lowest yet. the riba is kickin my rear . hmg was 11.3 a week ago

I go for a cbc draw today , so we'll stands where it stands this friday. It's 2.oclock in the morning , the anemia wakes the dyce up in the middle of the nite. I ask for a antidepressant yesterday, just can't take 36 more weeks txing without help. Emotion are runnin wild but the meds seem to be workin well, makin me sick. It makes it worthwhile with good results beagle, I hope your blood is good today.

Great news! I second the recommendation to go for a more sensitive test on your own if you can swing it. I believe you can negotiate with Quest Diagnostics on price if you're paying out of pocket, but not sure. If not now, something to consider by week 24.

At 217, it's not the platelets.  Lot of people go thru tx with platelets at 50 - 60.

What ever is causing it can't be good. I wouldn't take anymore of it until the doctor was completely up to speed. I'm allergic to codine. Most people aren't so it could be something to do with you as an individual. I hope this straightens out though. Maybe it is just the initial introduction of the Procrit into your system. Good thoughts, Dale

It's never happened to me...and I've taken it for a long long time now at high doses.  Is it possible that it is a coincedence?

Pcr is showing a n/a hcv but this test only goes to <600 . Thats from 5,212,000 good enough to continue! I'm relieved but still not outta the woods by a long shot. Have to take run down the street , I'll be back. Thats a 11 week pcr .

That's fantastic news!  Yes, the test isn't very sensitive, but at this point, I think it's ok because it means you get to keep going!  Can you pay out of pocket for a more sensitive PCR?  Or can you somehow get your insurance to cover it?  Congrats on your great news!  I'm so happy for you!

That is so wonderful that at 11 weeks you have seen that type of drop. That means you have completed phase (check point charlie) with more than flying colors. Your news made my day now if we can get the Beagle through three more weeks with all of his paws in tack:) Dale

Great job!  I know how stressed you were about testing at 11 weeks. I have to test then too.  A 4 log drop! Wow, sounds like you might have been a 2 at 4 weeks! Good going.

Hey there Dale, I just now saw your post to me. I'm feeling good - too good to be in trouble but the labs usually don't lie. I had blood drawn early this morning and transplant and I should have the results today or tomorrow at the latest. I won't lie - I'm on edge and I am trying to avoid any conflicts in my real world amd am not doing a great job at it. But I should know something tangible and addressable soon. Thanks for thinking about me Dale. I hope you're doing well. Mike

Hey guy, nows the perfect time to make that video. Use the excuse you were so happy the meds working that you was doing the two step and boom over you went. Just use the bungie cord for more video shots. BTW, not a good ideal to tie the cord around your neck though.

Sx's are kickin butt guy, atleast it seems ta be killin the germ! Anemia is hard to put up with ,even in the 11's.

Have you ask your doc about procrit? Maybe at 11 and since it takes a couple weeks to kick in. Now that he sees tx is working maybe he will work more with ya. Hope you get feeling better soon guy.
