Thank you for your detailed and fast response :)
I'm not sure what country you live in but in the US anti-hcv (IgM) RIBA test for IgM is no longer available and is considered unnecessary (identifies specific antibodies generated in response to HCV antigens)

"Recombinant Immunoblot Assay (RIBA): The HCV RIBA is no longer available for use in the United States. The RIBA test identifies specific antibodies generated in response to HCV antigens (Figure 4) and the test is interpreted as positive (2 or more antigens), indeterminate (1 antigen), or negative (0 antigens). The RIBA antibody test, when it was available, provided useful information in persons who had a positive HCV EIA and a negative HCV RNA test. In this circumstance, the RIBA could differentiate whether the patient had resolved HCV infection or had a biologic false-positive EIA."

Can I be 100% that I am not infected with hcv.
No.
Some of the newer test approach 99+% accuracy after 6 months (up to 97+% after 3 months). Other tests still used approach 98+ % accuracy after 6 months.
antigen IgM type tests have been used for HAV & HBV also.
My personal opinion.
If your concern about possibly having HCV persist and or impairs you daily living you might consider discussing it in the Anxiety Forum if you haven't already.
Best of luck.
