salve mi chiamo ester ho 37 hanni gia' vi ho scritto precedentemente per il mio problema volevo chiedervi se con l' emoglobina a 10,5 e ferritina 4 posso iniziare la cura per l' epatite c genotipo 1 visto che attendo da 7 anni per lacura il ferro per via endovena non  vogliono che lo faccia perche' dicono troppo pericoloso

Ciao Ester per quanto ne so supplementi di ferro non sono buone per hep c. Vi suggerisco di andare a un fegato specialista per alcuni test extra. Esistono farmaci che possono aiutare con dell'emoglobina, chiedere al medico specialista. Avete fatto una biopsia? Qual è il risultato?
