Bird in my ear and other post

I keep having this sensation of what I can only discribe as something with wings attempting to fly into my ear. Most of the time I will actually swat at my ear out of reflex. I've noticed a bit of being off balance will follow these episodes. Thoughts?

Sorry folks, thats not me that posted, ...name is close though.

Im at 12 weeks (shot 12 tonight)
but I do go for my 12 week PCR next thursday, and I hope for good news.
