Confused on reading

I have many things going on. I have been having tests done due to elevated liver enzymes. My lab results for one test came back: Hep A Ab, Total - Positive (result) Abnormal (Flag),
HbsAG Screen came back negative,
Hep B core AB, Total came back negative and the
Hep B surface Ab had a result of 0.20.
The index value 0.00 - 0.99 is inconsistent with Immunity.
Consistent with Immunity is >0.99.
My doctor is not bothered with this. I had been given the vaccine 2 years ago because I work at a hosptial.
I have also tested weak positive  (26)  - Actin (smooth Muscle) Antibody
I tested high (142.1) for Mitochondrial (m20 antibody.
I am trying to deal with the autoimmune hepatiis and PBC but why, if my Hep A, Ab, total is abnormal would not be a concern? Did he miss something? Should I get more answers?
thank you.

If I read this right. Hep A may be in the acute stage but further testing needs to be done. It shows you have atleast had HepA at some point. You will need the IgM Anti-HAV marker to determine if you have cleared the HepA because the total Ab for HAV will be present for life.

I'm not at all familiar with the other test results.

Regarding Hep B: You may want to try the HepB Community at http://www.medhelp.org/forums/show/223

I'm not sure about that unit of messure. Normally a HBsAb titer of >10 mUI/mL conveys immunity.

How long after you last shot of 3 did they wait to run the titer? More than 6 months? I think it can drop over time.

Anyway....very knowledgeable people on the HepB board more up to speed than I am.
