Correct Order of Drug Use

My insurance does not pay for Nursing and my physician is trying to set me up with a nurse for questions and help but has not so far.  My Telaprevir/Peg and RIBA has been shipped.  I should get it in a day or two and I am anxious to get started.  I am a previous non-responder and have injected myself before so the injection is not an issue.  Pinch some waist fat and inject.  lol.  Anyway, what I want to know for the very first injection, should I take the Telaprevir first and when?  Should I take the Peg injection first and then start the drugs and in what order.  I know I take the Telaprevir 8 hours apart with the correct grams of fat, RIBA twice a day 600x2 for 1200 and the injection once a week.  How has everyone else done it and do you have any suggestions on this order of taking the triple meds? Thanks.

I was instructed to inject first then begin riba next morning; Merck sent nurse to teach hubs and me about injection.

I just started triple drug treatment last week (Monday). My first day I did Telep and Riba at 6 am, then Telep at 2 pm, then Riba at 6 pm, then Peg inj. at 8 pm, and finally Telep at 10 pm. I have stuck to that schedule (pills 6-2-6-10 each day and inj. weekly at 8) and it works fine. I agree that the main thing is to keep the drug levels consistent. Another thing is to drink plenty of water. I have been drinking a gallon of water a day but my creatinine is up so now I have to drink more.

my first day 6am tele & riba, 2pm tele, 6pm riba, 8pm shot, 10pm tele, then 6-2-6-10 for the pill schedule all week, 8pm shot every friday... i think the main thing is to keep consistent levels of the drugs in the system by having a schedule...
