I take my Riba at work all the time...because that's where I eat my breakfast. I realize my desk job is a little different from your new job. Can you eat a breakfast bar or a a fiber bar or something similar while your working? I've done that if for some reason I have to take it and drive or something like that. Pop tarts do the trick, too. Good luck!

People have to take medication at work all the time. Don't sweat it. Would it make you feel better to get a note from the doctor? If so, then do it--just something general that says every day at 2PM you need to take your medication with a bit of food.

I had to change up my timing during triple therapy.  They had me taking pills at 3 in the morning.  I just went back by half hour increments until I got to where I wanted to be.

Overkill?  Possibly....but it made me feel better to do it that way.

Your change isn't that drastic.....just do it in one day.  You've been on the meds for 6 months...so you are past the crucial 12 week point.  But you won't be able to avoid doing the 2 oclock dose at work.  You won't have too much longer to go,I'm betting you can be sneaky for 12/24 weeks.

I just did my 24th shot...depending on the arm im in...i will do either 36 wks or 48....im talking about a complete transition..taking the BOC  one hour earlier(6AM) going forward for the rest of TX  AND  2PM)..instead of 7 am and 3 pm

You should relax.  ; )

The drugs have a half life and so the doses overlap some.  IF you wanted to "transition" take em at 6:30 am tomorrow and 6am the next day.  The transition day you would just take the drugs 1/2 hour early and the next day you would be one hour early.

Will it help?  I doubt it.  Would it hurt?  Why not?  It's easy enough.

Changing subject;  So are you on boceprevir for 24 weeks?  You've easily been on longer than 12 right?

Good luck with the switchover; drugs and work.

I can't imagine that a one time shift of one hour matters.
