HCV PCR TEST - Need help

i'm very worried , i made the anti bodies test for HCV it was negative and to make sure i made the HCV PCR , just received the results today it was 107 , Is it possible to be false positive , and the virus load is too low 107 but i heard that after infection the virus load will be too high specially in the first two weeks.

"i repeated the pcr test today the result is negative"

That can't be true.  There is no way you can get a PCR test result the same day.

It is difficult to understand exactly what your question is about. Very early in the disease, it is possible to have a viral load show up in your PCR test but have negative antibodies. It takes time for your body to build an antibody response to the virus. So, if your exposure was very very recent, yes, you could have hepatitis C.
