best suggestion is to go home and g to bed way before you normally would.
think sleep aides for a cunter to the Riba jitters and INF stomach aches that can eat into sleep every minute on the minute.
I uses Amnien AND Remeron now, and so can get between 8 and 10 hrs every night.
ON the weekends try for 12 hrs.....or at least a long nap.
the average adult they now say needs 10 hrs..optimum...and this disease doen't make us average.
so all the more important that you do guard jealously the sleep you need to get.
If that means shutting off you phone so nothing can cut into that deep rest you need...
then do it.
yes it's the kybosh on a social life...but you treat in the hope f getting that life, social and otherwise, back....and rest is key to make that happen, and to the quality of every day.

I have to work for a living as well and I too suffer freom the dreaded fatigue. Some times when I wake up in the morning I have a hard time getting started as well. This morning was one of those days, I went to work a little late around 20 minutes. No big deal cause I work hard just like everybody else. I have a civil service job so I won't tell anyone and I mean anyone. All I know is what helps me, I don't have any tricks up my sleeve to deal with fatigue, some mornings I wake up and I enjoy my morning coffee and I take a swig of Geritol. It seems to give me a little charge, could be all in my head but that's ok I'll take it. Also, I take Amino Acids the ones I take are called Vitadone, I haven't taken them for awhile but I notice when I do after the 3rd or 4th day I get that Red Bull charge. These Amino's I'm talking about are for methadone patients who are getting off of methadone. They work great and no I'm not a clinic owner or patient. I'm not getting off of methadone either. I found out about them years ago when I was using. Honestly I think most Amino Acids could help to give you a boost and make you feel better, just Google Amino Acids, there is a whole world of them. Good Luck
this may sound like a long shot but soon i'm going to try it...no wheat or gluten...thats what was posted here as a possible problem ...heres the site...http://curezone.com/art/read.asp?ID=132&db=7&C0=154 maybe read it if you haven't..i thought it was interesting..and if i didn't already have so much wheat stuff on hand i would stop it right away to see if theres a difference..so i'll do the no wheat and gluten thing in about a month.....billy
