Thanks for all the comments. I guess my concern is that eating food at 6am and at 10pm has been really hard for me and I just want to ensure that these milk shakes that I'm drinking are going to do the trick. I just can't stomach eating that early in the morning. The milkshakes have been tolerable and actually quite easy. I get up at 6am, drink a shake, take my pills and go back to sleep for a couple more hours. The 10pm dose works pretty much the same. Have a shake at 10 pm, wait 10-15 mins then take my meds.....It's not hard drinking the shake as opposed to eating something.
I always have a difficult time with the 2pm dose. I do not drink a shake but will tend to eat egg salad sandwich, tuna salad, nuts, chips or fast food to get my 20 grams of fat.
Here is some information that others on this forum have posted over the past few months and I summarized in my journals:

I agree with the above.
I used to eat a lot of Greek yogurt to get my fat but I always ate some toast and butter with it, or a sandwich, or an egg, or some other solid food.
Macademia nuts are really high in fat. I leaned on them when I couldn't face another bowl of ice cream.
Yes.. this is a good way to get fat. You may want to add a protien powder if you do not all ready. Good luck with you treatment
It is fine to get the fat grams that way but you should add some solid food with it.
Always take INCIVEK with food
If you take INCIVEK on an empty stomach, you may not get enough medicine in your blood to clear the virus. That's why it's important to eat a meal or snack that contains fat, within 30 minutes of taking each dose of INCIVEK.
Examples of foods that contain about 20 grams of fat that could be eaten with INCIVEK include*:
•Bagel with cream cheese
•1/2 cup nuts
•3 tablespoons peanut butter
•1 cup ice cream
•2 ounces American or Cheddar cheese
•2 ounces potato chips
•1/2 cup trail mix
