Viral load incresed

it is my 12th week and I received my a call from the nurse asking me if I had missed any doses.  Of course I have not, but my Viral load has increased from week 8 1700 to week 12 260000.

can anyone tell me if they have experienced this?

My viral load also increased very rapidly. 4 month ago, it was 1,800,000. Now it is 7,200,000. Can anyone tell me how could it happen?

Wow that's a pretty hefty uptick.

Have you spoken to the doctor about upping your riba and then having another PCR?  Obviously we can't tell from here if it is a viral breakthrough or a lab error but the second test should let you know.  In the meantime - I'd get in to see that doc and ask HIM what he thinks is going on.

I had some spihks in VL during the first 16 weeks but none more than .5 log and what you cite is an almost 2 log increase in just one month.

I would want to retest in case the labs got it wrong.

I would do that ASAP.

BTW, what genotype are you and wha't your projected TX length?
