Thanks for sharing this! Such great news! We are going to see a lot more of this in the year to come. The word is out.
It's way past time for the stigma of hep C to be gone.
YES!
Not sure about the test but just to see the words Free Hep C testing on a big banner, was a first, for me.
It's way past time for the stigma of hep C to be gone.
We need more people willing to go into communities and hand out free information like these people were.
I bet we'd all be amazed to truly find out how many people have hep C.
Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Berkeley Free Clinic ROCKS!
Wow, I wonder if we could volunteer to help?
Thanks for the info.
People can also get free or low cost hepatitis B testing and vaccinations here in SF. Follow the links.

Wow wonder if they just check for antibodies or the HCV
RNA by PCR ? Just went to the county health dept out here to see I qualify for
reduced tests. The paper work looks tricky or like a big ole catch 22 to me. But If I qualify I can do any blood work for 5 bucks she said. hmm think Ill check out that sight too. Thanks
This is great news. Hope other areas do it too.
