Getting to your transplant location
Has anyone had to find a private flight to get to your hospital when called that an organ was available?? We are in that position. We live in L.V., NV., and will have to get to Omaha NE. when called. We can't use the airlines, and we can't move there. I have started contacting people, and I have contacted some of the "mercy" flights, but they don't have anything guaranteed that could get us there in the 4-6 hours we will have.
Anyone been in this position?? What have you done??? I have contacted one local radio station so far.....Thanks in advance..... Ellen

thanks, actually, I just got a quote with that exact amount. Wish I had that kind of money...
