HCV RT- PCR I have seen this question before.

Am I UND or not.....
Test information:
Quantitative range of the assay is 15 IU/ml to 100 million.The limit of detection (LOD) and lower limit of qualification(LLOQ) for this assay is 15 IU/ ml. Results less than the quantitative range will be reported as,,,,,,,, "HCV RNA detected, less than 15 IU/ ml."
So, HCV not detected means HCV not detected.

Not sure why, but I never had quite read the statement until I have this set of labs in my hand. It does make it a little more definitive...

Yes it means not detected.  All that other language is on the lab results and
causes confusion by the word " detected".   It confused me too.
