You will always have antibodies, even if you clear the disease naturally or through medical treatment.

Some people do clear the virus naturally and you are probably one of the lucky ones ! You are obviously below the limit of detection on the PCR test-this is now a sensitive test, not sure what its limits are but I think you should accept that you are negative for the virus and not worry unnecessarily.

the physician consulted the liver and the infection specialist and they recommended no more testing to be done. But my concern is that RNA is a quantitative one.
Hi there it sounds as if you have had exposure to the virus but cleared it instead of becoming chronic.When testing for Hep c the RNA test is most important and on that one you are negative.I would relax, what did your physician say ?
