It's non reactive, s/co ratio for cmia says anything over 5.0 is positive
Architect Anti-HCV - Abbott - CMIA - (Chemiluminescent Microparticle Immunoassay) - Signal-to-cut–off ratio predictive of a true positive ≥ 95% of the time - ≥ 5.0

I understand from your Post that you have a Hep C reactive score of 0.11, but I am not clear on the CMIA that you listed, and what, exactly you are asking.
dId you have a Hep C Antibody test and are asking if the 0.11 Reactive indicates Hep C? if not, what?
I believe you have not had any responses as we do not understand your question.
