i have many little white dots inside the foreskin of my uncircumcized penis. i have never had sex nor any sexual contact. how do i get rid of it, and what is it? please help

Thanks copyman. I guess some people respond without noticing dates and I agree bleach and a wire brush is the way to go!!!!

well if it has not fallen off yet since this post is from 2001 then here is my suggestion to get rid of what they call chinese rot. pull back foreskin and clean with bleach and wire brush :-)
PS, if you are stupid enough to try this then be prepared for a little pain

check out pearly papules on google pictures and you will see the pictures ihope you will learn more. it is nothing to do with sex but read about it i think you will learn more about it. i have the same on my penis and it is not deadly bit it makes your self confidence go down the dumps. let me know if you want to know anything else.
