HIGH IRON AND SEDIMENTATION
Hello everybody, specially post this to Bill, since I really think he knows a lot about subject, like others,too. So. My latest results are >

GGT, 49 (from 1-38)
ALP 101 (30-98)
what specially concernes me is Sedimentation which is .50 H (3-12 in women)
also Iron is 40 H(from 9.0-30.4).
kreatinin 85 (50-115)
glukosa 5.74 (3.30-6.20)
Total bilirubin 20.8 H (3.4-20/5)
Cholesterol 3.83 (3.60-5/70)
Triglicerids 0.95 (0.40-1.53)
WBC/ 5.6 (3.5-10.0

HCT 431 (350-500)

Please, advise and tell me opinion, specially for iron and sedimentation. What should that means><?
what do you suggest for lovering iron, and also for blood sugar? some medications, or just natural with food> No, I was not fasting before giving blood test. Thank for the answer that you gave me. I intend to retreat, and I would offcourse have to regulate the iron. I heard about flobotomy (taking out the blood, in order to lower iron level) that should be offcourse recommended by the hematologist.

Your iron is high and the hemoglobin is on the high side of normal. It would be significant because females that have rheumatoid arthritis tend to be anemic. Having too much iron can work against the treatment for Hep C.
By the way, were you fasting when you had this blood test done? Because if you were fasting then you're prediabetic. A blood sugar above 5 means pre-diabetes which can also work against treatment. If you're planning to treat again you should look into that before you start.
