Help

Im in treatment right now for my Hep C. Im on Peginterfon alfa 2a, Copegus Ribavirin 1000mg, and Victrelis Boceprevir 600mg. I also was put on Polamidon, which is a type of methadone. My question is, I didnt make it today to get my methadone dose and am not feeling good, is it alright to take 2 watson 853 vicodins today till i get my new dose tomarrow?? Would deeply apreciate an answer. Kev

  Sometimes a 200 mg Ibuprofen can work amazingly well for pain, but take with plenty of food~ This is if you dont have cirrhosis, by the way.

            not a good idea.   only your doc should add anything to your tx.  whenever i missed a dose while on maintenance, i knew i would be tested the following day.  vicodin and codiene will show up as morphine.  and it will only hold you for a couple hours anyway.  you might make it till tomorrow, methadone has a 36 hr half life
