How to get quick & easy 20 grams of fat when out

I have an appointment at the same time I have to take my incevik pills and will need to eat my 20 grams of fat.
I currently have no appetite.  I was not the type that ever ate candy or snacks.  I am looking for something quick and easy so that I can take my pills while i am out at my appointment.
Has anyone found 20 grams of fat in a granola bar or a candy bar or snack or anything ?  thanks.

For such times, I find a king size Hersey bar works wonders, it is 22 grams of fat and doesn't take the long to consume.

My favorite is a Mocha Breve - espresso, half and half, and chocolate.
2 tablespoons of half and half has 3 gms of fat.

For on the go, I keep packs of Planter's Nut-rition south beach diet heart healthy mix.  They come in a nix and are individually wrapped so you can easily keep in your bag.  22 grams of fat per package.  Always just keep a couple on my in case I am stuck in the car or a meeting etc.

If I am going some place and will be there over med time, I cut up an avocado and take it (and a small fork) with me. I eat the avocado and take the pills. It works out fine. I noticed someone earlier said that eggnog (I think a cup) has 20 grams of fat in it. Perhaps you could take some eggnog along and drink and then take the meds. The other possibility is about 8 ounces of Greek yougurt.  Maybe others have better/easier ideas.
