"You go into my post and post other **** well I come here for support so please I ask help me through this troubled time."
these threads do not belong to any one particular person, due to the limited amount of spots available daily, members will post new questions within existing threads, please don't feel ownership rights just because you opened the thread.
If you happen to open three, those threads would be wasted if they are not open to all questions/comments. This particular thread could have been started in one of the other three you opened already. This one makes four of the 6-8 we are allowed daily, used by you alone.
Remember that this is a hep c forum and your subject matter has been discussed here many times, we do not need to read it over and over every week. some of us are acting on advocating changes already.
your post sounded too much as soliciting, which is against the rules here. If you wanted moral support, it did not sound like such in your initial post.
most of us are more than willing to offer a comforitng word to those in need. You did not come accross as asking for comfort, but I will be here to offer emotional support, not financial, when you ask.
be well
Sometimes when you start a post it will say site not responding and then you click again......when you go to the post, it is there twice.........its an error........God, we all make errors.
Why do some of you post so harshly when someone comes in looking for help other than Hep C relate?
sometimes is not the number of posts, but the tone and subject matter.
many prefer the direct approach to diplomacy and they might sound harsh because of it.
if an error message is encountered, opening a new window to look at the forum for question posting, will let someone know if it went through, instead of clicking over and over. the site does say to click only once.
How do we know the multiple posts are not done for emphasis since the first time it was done last week, it was not acknowledged, according to this member?
plus the url she gives takes you to a domain for sale, and I see no hep c related link there.
As I said, Laurie, youi will receive comfort and support in this forum from many kindhearted folks.
I have a hard time warming up to someone who comes in criticizing our attitude, but that is me, so you can't go by one response from one member.
wishing you well
I hope you didn't think I was being snotty, I was trying to be humorous, I did leave a smiley face at the end. ----> :-}
Sorry to hear about the relapses, I'm on my first and it messed me up for a while. ----> :-(
I've been off line periodically recently, and don't have Indies web site. Could someone please give it to me? Thank You, Joni
"I completely agree with debbiedo on multiple postings...is it really that big of a deal in the scope of life's problems that we should get so upset if someone makes a mistake?"
I also agree
If mistakes are made no big deal, in-fact I will bet that not one person here could hold up their hand and Say that the have not made a mistake!!!
GOD BLESS
TonyZ
Thank you all for responding to my post.
As for p[osting in others postings and starting new this is only my second time even in here.
Again I am sorry but I do look forward to getting the support I need and as for the link it is to the govenment so we can tell them we need the funding now not later for Hep C research.
Laurie
Hi Laurie,,,I'm sorry to hear that you will be going on a transplant list and had the 3 relapses. I can only imagine how hard that would be. I'm a type 1 and on week 40 out of 52 and I pray this will be my one and only tx. This disease can be hard to deal with at times and the board is a blessing for me. People will be here to help you out or just tell their experiences. I have been a member of this board since December and there is so many wonderful people here....I have seen people give out email addresses to others in need and even phone numbers if needed to talk,,,,Truly amazing that so many caring people could end up on one board huh? Welcome and hope you tell more of your story!
Hey man
Haven't talked with you for a while and for some reason (brain fog) I didn't remember you were stage 3 and that's why the 88 weeks (big balls dude). I feel very optimistic about you and you clearing.
Thanks for your past input that helped me get to today. I can say that our lives do get better every week as we heal.
As you may know I started a new job and it is going well. I was asked today if I would consider managing my department in addition to sales and what did I require in compensation. I will accept and feel really good about it as my confidence is returning.
HOPE THIS HELPS!
dh
wonderful news about your new position, losing the other might have been a blessing after all?
I was appalled to read this been said to Scott:
HOPE THIS HELPS!
you got to be joshing! ;-}
Little bit of humor goes a long way huh. You too have been an inspiration and help to me, hope all is well with you.
Hey man, how are things? Doesn't living in Alaska make one both snotty and humorous at the same time? ----> :-}
Congratulations, Bill. This is the part about "never closes one door without opening another..." So how are things, downhill OOOPS downwind from the volcano?
We're downwind from the Great Lakes, so what we have to look forward to is... snow... snow... lots of it, soon...
Oh, I was forgetting about the hepC thing for a few minutes.

We're not looking at real snow just yet, but did have some sleet a couple of days ago. But a regular winter storm - you know, the regular ones that always come on weekends - can drop 8-10", the good ones start over a foot... and from there, the only way to go is up. For now, it's Indian Summer; but the sky is more leaden than blue. I think I'll have to get a light box this winter, finally.
