I wish to thank you all...

I did my last PCR (1 after tx)... First I was in "gray zone" now, after retesting (same serum) I was proclaimed negative... Finally... I wish to thank you all for support, efforts and patience above all, considering quantity of my questions, doubts, and annoying persistent repeating of same questions.
So, thank you all, god bless you, do not lose a hope... I wish you SAME PCR results as I got...

Congratulations! Glad things worked out.

Sometimes, too much information like you got regarding the "grey zone" causes more stress than it's worth.

This is a true story, the names have been changed to protect the embarrassment. A certain person every once in a while gets a slight rash on his forehead. His family doc orders metrogel TOPICAL gel. Clears it up in a couple days. So this time he has his wife (first mistake) to call the family doc. She talks to the nurse and tells her to call in a script for metrogel. So he stops at the drug store picks up the script.

Takes it home showers, takes out the tube looks at it and thinks humm must have change the tube since last time i got it. Heck even has an adapter to put it on with. So for two days he's putting this on his forehead. Well i decide to take a closer look at this tube. Well to my SHOCK it reads metrogel VAGINAL gel. Well after getting the shotgun out then thinking why waste a good bullet on her i'll say it for myself.

So today i go to the hepos office for lab work. The RN takes me in first to get my vitals. Well knowing me she ask what i've been up to. I show her the rash and then pulls out this tube and said it isn't working. She reads the tube and breaks out laughing. She says don't you know the difference? I give her my 'what do you mean look' Tears our rolling down her face, shes bent over laughing, runs out of the room saying shes gonna pee her pants. Well about 5 minutes later my hepo walks in, shakes his head and says 'i only try and cure hep-c but heres a name of a doctor who does that type of surgey' He says see the warning on this? that says keep it out of your eyes, nose, and mouth? I say yeah, he says your exactly WHY their on there. Before i left his office there was not one person working there that didn't know it. Thats ok, next week when i go back im gonna have my wife use some pink lipstick and draw me some nice lips on my forehead.

Read in another thread that your heading to sturgis. I'm sure you realize that the place name has nothing to do with the fish, Doc.  I lived in SD for about 11 years and loved going to the wetern part of the state.  Since you're going to be in the neighborhood you should stop in to see the big heads. Oh, and if you run in to my mother-in-law on the drive - that's ok.
