U too an thank u for the info.
I didn't know I had HCV for 25 yrs, testing for HCV is not really routine and diabetes testing has nothing to do with HCV testing, If you don't know this person (as a friend) I don't think I would take his word for it, your risk is really really low but it can never hurt to get tested.
Have a great day
Matricide an everything is sterilized. No he said he got checked for diabetes recently.
Welcome to the forum. What do you use to clean your tattoo equipment/tools with?
The client said they do not have Hepatitis C - only diabetes.
The thing is if you are a tattoo artist you should get vaccinated for Hepatitis B if you have not done so and you may as well get tested for HCV. You are in what is considered a high risk profession.
