can i have hepatitis c

Hello,

After six month after blood to blood contact i have Elisa weakly reactive 1,65. Elisa at 8 month are indeterminate with NS3 band present. HCV RNA was undetectable. I repeat after 10month RIBA3 and the result was indeterminate. At 12 month i repeat Elisa3 for HCV and the result are 1.56 wekly reactive. Please I wit yours answer. ALT and AST are at 12 month are normal and i have fat liver and spleen 125mm (dimension exceed).

Oops. Should have added, unless you have something like HIV which would hurt your immune systema nd keep antibodies from forming. 2 undetected PCR's at 6 months and one year should be enough to tell you that you do not have chronic HCV.

If at 12 months you are still PCR undetected, you do not have HCV.
