Believe me, it wont happen again
Good Point - I was just worried about all the conflicting info on the web about co-infection and delayed seroconversion. That is why I asked if I can trust my 4.5 month Hepatitis test. I actually had my latest HIV test (6months) result come back today negative.
Didn't mean to offend anyone - Just looking for more reassurance.
Why would you trust some random person on the internet's opinion over a doctors ?
Because it is the correct answer.
Why did you copy Dr H's reply?

Jan 17, 2012 ..Welcome to our Forum. I'm sorry to hear of your needles stick, as well as to hear of your son's addiction. I'm pleased however to tell you that you can completely relax and that you did not get infected by this exposure. Any test results more than 8 weeks beyond the exposure ( the needle stick for you) can be considered definitive.
