Hello,

I don't think anyone has a satisfactory answer to your question. However, in my humble opinion, I think the viral load fluctuates just as ALT, AST, Glucose & other blood chemistry values. In addition, the quantitative value of virus may be inversely proportional to the performance or EFFICIENCY of our immune system. The better the system performs at any given time the lower the virus load & vice versa.
I hope all this makes sense to you......if not blame it on my post Tx effects....hahaha.....haha!

Good luck to all,
Ben

I have no idea, and I do not believe anyone can give you a definate answer.. I have had this virus for 27 years, have stage 2/3 fibrosis, and VL of only 4000. Last test, a few months ago, was only 5460..It has to do with the bodies immune system, and how well it can fight off infection.. My CBC are not very high, but all within range, and my body is battling!! By the way, I am a 1a..

I do not know the answer to your question other then to say that recent studies have absoulutely concluded that people with viral loads between 7 Mill and 15 million have the best personalities and are the best looking...... HEY! I am only going by the data man!.I think Derail or ahhh..TnHep Man gave me that site. Don't shoot me I am just the messenger!  See Ya!
