I don't know what's normal after finishing 48wks of tx, but I will say that you are not alone. There's been quite a few ppl who have an even harder time after tx, than they did during tx. It's just the nature of the beast and how it affects some one way and others another way. Some ppl choose to get on an anti-depressant, there's certainly nothing wrong with wanting to feel better. I suggest you see your doctor and see what they think could help you. good luck
Keep truckin man........its a slow process but things WILL get better. I did 48 weeks myself, and immediately after tx started feeling better. Then a few weeks post, BAMMMM.....like a 2x4 to the head was back down again. I started feeling even worse than I had felt on tx, and thought something was wrong...nothing was wrong, the recovery just takes time. The detox process differs for everyone. You just have to take it easy, drink LOTS of water, and listen to your body. Things do get better.
I've been off tx 2 months now, and it is gradually getting better. 1st week, I felt the same as if I was still on the drugs, by the end of that 1st week I felt sicker physically, and wondered if I might have bee going through a withdrawal. Now, most days are pretty good, not sick at all, mood great, but my energy levels not quite what they were. After a few days of feeling good, I'll have a day or 2, where I feel like I've hit a brick wall, physical and mental fatigue hits in a big way. At first it was 1 step foward and 2 steps back, now it is 2 steps forward and 1 step back. Overall, I'm far better than i was a monthago. It is a process, and everybody gets over the drugs at a different rate. I know when you're feeling bad, it just doesn't seem like it's happening fast enough. Hang in there, you will get more energy back. Make sure you are being proactive, as in healthy diet, multivit, lots of water, and exercise. If you're into it, yoga might be a good start, good for mind and body.
