I did a quick search of the following site:
http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/search
and was unable to find any trials for either Boceprevir or Teleprevir anywhere in Asia; it appears they only have locations in Europe, Canada, South America (Argentina), and the U.S.
However, this site isn’t necessarily all-inclusive; you can contact the study directors at:
Schering-Plough (Boceprevir) (888) 772-8734
Vertex (Teleprevir) ***@****
and see if they have any further info for you. Good luck—

(Raining like all heck in Woodland, CA the last few days :o).
The info for Vertex (TPR) has been sent to your private inbox.

Thank you for the information. I see my doctor in 2 weeks and will ask him.
Appreciate your help. I go back to the States in a few months and will contact a doctor there. The only problem is no insurance. It's so cheap to treat here. My husband's Taiwan medical insurance pays everything. I only pay $500 a month for pegainerferon/ribavirin, plus my blood work is free it's paid for through Roche. Dr. visits are only $30 or $40.
I really would like to get on one of the new drugs. FDA always takes so long for approval. The statistics are so high regarding relapse with 1a that I don't want to go through this for 48 weeks and then repapse and start again. I was nondetectibe possibly 4th week - positively 6th week. Was not tested on 4th week. On 10 week of treatment.
Good luck to you and thanks again.
