Quantitative HCV PCR

Hey, I have got my test report as under, pleas interpret it and tell me about my condition:

The sample is positive for HCV RNA.
The quantity of HCV RNA in the sample is 1,130,899 IU/ml.

Principal of Assay:
The HCV quantification assay allows both standardized purification and real time into vitro quantification of HCV RNA from samples.
Amplification of virus gene is carried out using the technology of real time PCR which highly specific.
During PCR a Fluorescence Taqman probe binds to the amplified target HCV gene. Increase in fluorescence is directly proportional to the target amplification during PCR.

Note:
The lower deduction limit of assay is 30 ul/ml
Correction of results with clinical and laboratory findings are highly recommended.

Please guide me in detail what does my PCR shows and what should I do, the other detail of my test is as under:

Qualitative PCR: Deductive
ALT level : 50

Regards,
myamm

I second what ishaqmalghani suggested.

Your report shows you have for Hepatitis C and your viral load is 1,130,899 IU/ml. Before anyone could possibly advise you what your next step might be it helps to know your Genotype, overall health, medical history and perhaps most import, the stage of fibrosis of your liver. Your physician may or may not suggest a liver biopsy. If you are at stage 1 or 2 then you may very well have time on your side to wait for the all oral HCV meds. It all just depends. Good luck.
