Rash - New Vertex Recommendations

Someone posted a few days ago with the new Vertex recommendation to use Eucerin and something else prior to starting tx.  I can't find that post for the life of me - can anyone help, please?

The recommendation from Vertex is to use a combination of eucerin and hydrocortisone cream for the two weeks prior to beginning Incivek and to cover all skin areas. They are finding that this reduces, in many cases, the severity of the ensuing rash.
My friend, who begins treatment on the 13th of April, was given this protocol to follow.

I'm not treating but during the winter I use Eucerin.  they were out once and I bought some with PABA, which also serves as sunblock.  I got an allergic reaction and it is NOT UNCOMMON.

I'd steer clear of PABA
