enzymes too LOW after tx

I did 39 weeks of Pegasys/riba, stopped about 4 months ago.  Haven't had a PCR yet, but have had 3 liver panels, all show that ALT and AST are lower than normal range.  Before tx, they were slightly elevated, during tx they were within normal range.  Did internet search, found that low ALT is associated with malnutrition (esp. vitamin B6), but I have a good diet and take vitamins.  Anyone have experience with enzymes going too low after tx?  FYI, I experience regular bouts of severe fatigue and weakness.

Holding,,,,What is your alt?  Mine dropped to 7 at one point and according to my dr,,,,Great! He said that too low is good because shows nothing at all going on in liver.
