Seroconversion?

Please help, I think I'm going crazy.... I have a kind of complicated question: if i was exposed to HCV and HIV at the same time, would this delay antibody productions for one or both or neither of the viruses?  Would i atleast develop antibodies for one or the other within months?  I've tested neg. out to a year for both, but i continue to have symptoms including sore lymph nodes, pains in my upper right side, nausea, fatigue, sore muscles/joints/neck... These developed after a sexual exposure and I was previously healthy, had no medical problems or anything... I will also mention my enzyme levels have been normal.  The docor did mention it was not my gallbladder.   Is a year safe to say im good to go, or should i try pcr or something else just to make sure im not infected with both and the production of antibodies has been delayed...?  Have you heard any cases like this?

one year out means you are fine. go live your life. if you still feel it is impossible to forget about this then you may need to get some mental help.
