Mona, I am so very happy for you.  Your ALt and AST sound really really good.  After I treated and relapsed the virus came back stronger than ever and my AST and ALT went up higher than they had ever been.

I am doing a happy dance for you! Getting out my red shoes now, can't wait to hear you are SVR

24 weeks treatment not 34 ?!? Sorry bad typo! And yes 12 weeks end of treatment .  I just want to put SVR beside my name for once. At my last relapse in 2009 my ALT went right up at end of Tx. Cross my fingers !! I will know for sure next week.

Hi Mona
Congrats on finishing treatment.

Do you mean your tests are 12 weeks after you finished treatment? Or this test is your end of 12 weeks of treatment that you just completed?

I believe almost everyone clears on treatment but the definitive test is the one 12 weeks after your treatment has ended.

Either way hope you hear undetectable and if it is 12 week post EOT that is considered SVR and cured!

Good luck
Lynn

Sounds good but wait for the viral load.   You can have normal Blood tests and have Hepatitis C.  Mine were always in normal range even before treatment.   The viral load test is the proof.

Good Luck and best to you.
