Is this a risk

Hi, today at work I cleaned up a stain from the arm of an office chair. When I wiped it up I realised that it may have been blood. Later in the day I got a papercut that drew blood. My question is since I saw in the chair before swing the stain could I have had a small amount of dried blood on me that could have got in the cut could I get hep c? thanks

Phew, thank you so much. I work for an addiction service and though the building isn't accessed by service users our staff are so blood conscious it is hard to keep perspective. I'll sleep happy now though
