I think you said on an earlier post you were going for biopsy on the 21st of this month? Oh, and by the way flint, you can keep posting on your original post if it's the same conversation. Every time someone responds, it just pops to the top. Once you get your labs in hand and your biopsy behind you they'll be a lot clearer picture for you. Maybe you'll decide you don't want this particular doctor handling your treatment. Hopefully you may have been a bit over sensitive that day, but if it turns out he has the same attitude next time, I'd be looking elsewhere. Not sure what PTSD means? Panic disorder? Been there & done that one. ; ] I don't know anything about disability either. I know the subject has been raised here though. Maybe you could search the archives if no one chimes in. I had a feeling even with your first desperate post you'd be back. I'm so happy for you that you did and I know you can do this.
If you go to a lab..like Quest...you tell them you want a copy and ea. time you have to fill out a short form. If it is done at your Dr's office, then yes, you ask his nurse for a copy. Don't be shy, we all do it.That goes for the biopsy report as well. Get copies of everything. Even if you stay w/dr., you may need a 2nd opinion.
I wish you the very best!
