I would say that in this situation - no - there is no chance of you catching HCV - unless there was blood exchange involved. HepC is a blood to blood disease.

However - that being said - I'm an advocate of regular testing for EVERYONE.

Since hcv is a blood to blood DISEASE (not an STD) I'd think you might be safe.  Of course...you could have plenty of other things like food poisoning or ecoli or something so maybe you should see a doctor and explain it to him.  Yeah...that'd be what I would do, you know just to be SAFE.
