How bad is taking Tylenol PM EVERY night to go to sleep?

I think it would matter how much fibrosis you have. If benadryl does not make up sleepy the next day, my hepdoc said it is perf4ectly liver friendly. I take it to sleep most nights.

why not just buy an over the counter sleep aid? you can get the same thing that is in tylenol pm but without the tylenol that can harm your liver.
