4 week pcr

just received my 4 week pcr result - I am a 2a. This states that hcv RNA not detected - pcr not detectable under 43. The letter from my NP states that, " this is a very good start to tx - the virus is at a very low level" My question is this:
is the virus undetectable or not -- the lab result seems to say that they can't measure any virus at this level with the test therefore 0-42 might or might not be present. The NP says the virus is present. Why would he say this? What does this mean?
