What kind of work do you do? If it is physical, and you're on your feet a lot, it will be harder to keep going than if you are mostly seated at work.

How long have you been infected? Have you had a biopsy yet to see how damaged your liver is? If there isn't much damage, you may be wise to wait until your kids are older and more independent since you say you will have no support system.

The degree to which the treatment drugs effect people is different and we all have different tolerance levels or thresholds.  For the most part, those who are treating can usually maintain while working.  Treatment will definitely take you out of your comfort zone, you'll probably have to tweak your routine but the majority of us continue to work while undergoing antiviral therapy.

It would be wise of you to speak with family or friends now about offering support or assistance if you become overwhelmed.

Good Luck,
Trinity

I dont see why not most all of us worked through treatment mostly - boce added or not. Some of us for 72 weeks or longer. It's not always easy but you have to do what you have to do.
