There are no studies on people post transplant, so not much to "know" there.
Hang in there, at 4950 at week 8 a 2 log drop would put you at 49 which would be under 100 at week 12.
Oops ...I am a slow typist. Can-do beat me to posting.
Yes can-do-man your right the 12 week can be >100. I forgot to post that. Feel better with your info thank you that's why I love this site. So many questions I think of later after leaving doc office get answered here.. Thanks !!!!
First, I am sorry you did not reach UND at week 8. I know it is disappointing.
Actually, according to the stopping rules, you do not have to be UND at week 12, but you do have to be <100.
For all patients treated with boceprevir, the following futility rules should be employed:
1) If HCV RNA is ≥ 100 IU/mL at Week 12, all 3 medications should be discontinued.
2) If the patient has confirmed, detectable HCV RNA at Week 24, all 3 medications should be discontinued

I know you are doing 48 weeks anyway because of your transplant. Here's hoping you will be UND at 12 weeks (or at least <100).
Should add not sure about how your TP team is going to handle it but under normal treating one only has to be under 100 to go on at week 12 and und by week 24. At your pace your on your way to meeting that.
The easy way to figure a log drop is to take 1 zero off your viral load, in your case the 1,600,000 would be 160,000 for 1 log drop. A two log drop would be 16,000 and a 3 log drop would be 1,600. so in your case you had better then a 2 log drop and close to 3.
Yes being und at week 8 would be ideal, but there are many that is not, keep your fingers crossed as you still have time......
According to the viral load log drop calculator it is about a 2.51 log drop

Oh boy I am not sure about the stats for a relapser (?) who is post liver transplant. Hopefully someone in the 'know' will chime in soon.
Hang in there!!
