Why did I feel so Guilty?

Hello everyone!  I met with my doctor today and got some good news.  My HEPTIMAX (R) HCV RNA was1.5 MILLION when I started treatment on July 15th.  I had blood work done last Friday, July 29th.  My HEPTIMAX (R) HCV RNA was 293.

I posted about four weeks ago about feeling guilty for not having all of the scarey side effects many other people were having.  I'm still doing pretty well.  And now I have good news......and I am happy!!!  I wish the same for everyone in treatment.

I had a good story all typed out earlier, then I touched the BACKSPACE key to correct a boo-boo and ZAP! everything disappeared.  So here's the short version.

Thank you to everyone who has helped along the way. Without this forum and you guys, I would not be this far along, or this excited about gettin WELL!!!

Yippee!  Liz

Hi...
I will be starting triple tx soon with incivek.  I am 1a & TT.  I treated previously but did not clear until week 16 and decided to stop treatment instead of treating for 72 weeks with a low svr rate - I am hoping that the new PI may give me a better chance. I was wondering if your doctors gave you any choices with the length of your treatment time.  Are you both treating for 48 weeks?
Thanks.  And Good Luck !  GingerPal

Wonderful news!  Are you on triple therapy?  If so, Boceprevir (Victrelis) or Teleprevir (Incivek).  That is great two about no overwhelming sides.
