What is meant bu Cutt Of Value and Patient Value ?

CUT- OFF VALUE

Cutoff rate:
    1.00    
Patient Rate:
    0.06

What is ment by 0.06 is It ok or 0.00 is best .

You can ask this same question by spinning it all different ways but you are still going to get the same answer. YOU DO NOT HAVE HEP C !!!!  GO ENJOY LIFE!!!

Cut off value = is the point where positive is determined (not deterred).

Cut off value = is the point where positive exposure is deterred.  

Patent values = is your current status.

What does that mean?=  You currently don't test positive for Hepatitis C.
