I agree with mar148 i have never hear of injecting in the arm, i think as i mentioned in my earlier response i was told to alternate thighs and each side of stomach. I think you have more fat there and injections are suppose to slowly enter your body via fat thats why you only have to inject once a week.Let me know if your doctor suggested your arm. Effie
Red spots did occur to me, but it was not recommended on the back of my arm, only tummy and thigh. I had not heard the arm, hopefully this is recommended by your doctor.

I am in my 7th week of treatment and alternate shots in a circle rg thigh, lf thigh, rg stomach and lf stomach. i have silver dollar welts at every injection since i started they don't hurt but they sure look funny. I am glad that dranurag explained that they will go away after treatment except i will be a hugh welt by then, lol.

it is common to have such spots. They go away compleletely after tx. Change the place of inj everytime
