Funny you ask. I just got scheduled for one this week. I had one last May and it looks like it cost about $2,100. The hospital charged 1500, the intervention radiologist charged 400 and the lab charged 200. This was a CT Scan-Guided biopsy.

i have only been to the health dept. so far and was told i have hep c. i really don't know what my next step needs to be.except try to get a liver biopsy set up somehow.this is very scary with no insurance! i beleive i have probally had this virus about 20 yrs.i think i got it when i got my tatoo with ex ,from a freind of his not a tattoo shop.he found out he has it about 3 years ago. and any way that was 20 years ago while iwas pregnant with my daughter.she is going to get checked to see if she has it too. i am so worried.

Since my deductible had been met, I didn't even open the bill.  If I find it in my filed bill pile, I'll let you know.

I'll let you know when my bill comes in. Just had one done in Dec. I know they treat it as an outpatient surgery where I had it done.
