Coconut oil has 18 grams I think. You can spread it on toast or what I used to do was put it in some hot water and drink it like tea, or add it to your herbal tea.

Nuts! 1/3 of a cup. It's easy. A little cereal with 4 tablespoons of heavy cream, also. These are ideas that work when the last thing you want to do is eat.

I agree with crigger.  I, too, ate things I could put next to my bed.  I ate cheese and peanut butter & butter sandwiches.  When I could make it to the fridge, I would have cream cheese with jelly and whole milk.  Sometimes I would have scambled eggs loaded with cheese cooked in butter wtih toast and butter.  I found at times foods that worked one week did not work the next week.  Good luck!

I ate a lot of cheese. It was easy I could put some out by my bed at night...wake up ..eat cheese... take pills ..pee... go back to sleep.   At night I prefered to high fat yogart. The afternoons I ate all kinds of high fat food.

Here is a list of fatty foods:

Greek Gods Yogurt (regular, not low fat)
Eggnog
2 ounces cheddar or havarti cheese (in omelet or grilled cheese sandwich)
Soft cheeses like Brie and cream cheese (read label)
Pate (read label for fat grams but 1/2 of a pkg did it for me)
Bratwurst (2) (read label)
Egg, toast and lots of butter, bacon, berries in heavy whip. cream (eat all)
Peanut butter (on apples, on bread, on crackers, etc.)
Nuts
Ice cream
1 medium avocado

If you don't have quite enough fat in your food choice, eat it and also drink some whipping cream, add butter, add mayonaise, etc.

Also, here is a link to a thread with many fatty foods listed. Scroll down to 80mecheng's very long post with many, many fatty foods on it:

The only thing I can stomach in the morning is a shake with 1 cup vanilla ice cream, 1 cup whole milk and a bunch of frozen strawberries.
